Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods.
How to Exercise Withdrawal
Inform us of your decision by clear statement (e.g. email to contact@quarrionspyxaron.world or support@quarrionspyxaron.world). You may use the model withdrawal form available from EU consumer authorities, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. dietary supplements where the seal has been broken). In such cases, please contact us to discuss your options.
